Shopblueone.com utilizes FedEx for all orders. The option for delivery without a signature will be selected unless otherwise indicated. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 via FedEx Ground Services. Expedited shipping is available upon request. You will receive an email upon completing the checkout process. Tracking information will be generated and is viewable by logging in to "My Account".

Returns & Replacements
Returns: contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if you intend to return your purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form. Additionally, all returns must have the assigned return authorization number (ra#) clearly printed on the outside of the package or it may be refused by shopblue1.com. This number will be made available via email along with your return authorization form.
Merchandise must be returned within seven (7) days of receiving your item(s) in order to qualify for a full refund credit. Returned items received between eight (8) and fourteen (14) are eligeble for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY. All items returned after fourteen (14) days may be refused by shopblueone.com. Items purchased online may not be returned/exchanged at our physical location. Additionally, items purchased at our physical location may not be returned/exchanged for online credit.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Final Sale items may not be returned.
BLUE ONE offers the highest quality merchandise. We pride our selves on customer service and we want every shopping experience to be an enjoyable one. All full-price shoes may be exchanged for another size or a store credit as long as not worn and they are returned in the original shoe box. The original shoe box is not to be used as the means of return shipment, but it must be returned inside another shipping box. If original shoe box is damaged or not returned we will not accept the item for return and will return to the customer at their expense by charging the original credit card used for purchase. Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit. Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back. A shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, those orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days. Please note on returns for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail stores.

Bridgehampton NY 11932 International Returned/Refused Shipments - If you decide to return or refuse any shipments from shopblueone.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to shopblueone.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The following items are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Orders placed on shopblueone.com will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped by the end of the day Monday (excluding US national holidays). Upon completing the checkout process, you will autoatically receive an email verifying the transaction. You will have 24 hours to make changes to an order, unless expedited shipping has been requested.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
From time-to-time shopblueone.com will offer promotions and discounts to registered shoppers. We reserve the right to end promotional offers early if stock is depleated and we are unable to fill orders sufficiently.
