Shopblueone.com utilizes FedEx for all orders. The option for delivery without a signature will be selected unless otherwise indicated. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 via FedEx Ground Services. If need be, expedited shipping is available upon request. You will receive an email upon completing the checkout process. Tracking information will be generated and is viewable by logging in to "My Account". Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

All returns must have an assigned return authorization number (ra#) clearly printed on the outside of the package or it may be refused by shopblueone.com.
Merchandise must be returned within seven (7) days of receiving your item(s) in order to qualify for a full refund credit. Items returned between eight (8) and fourteen (14) are eligible for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY. All items attempted to be returned after fourteen (14) days will be refused by shopblueone.com. In-store purchases are only eligible for store credit within 7 days of sale. Sale items are final sale.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. All merchandise must also have all original tags attached.
All full-price shoes may be exchanged for another size, or store credit. This is if the shoe has not been worn and they are returned in the original shoebox. Please be aware, the original shoe box is not to be used as packaging for the return shipment. All footwear must be returned inside another shipping box. If the original shoe box is damaged or not returned, we will not accept the item for return and will return it to the customer at their expense. All footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. There will be a “Shoebox fee” applied when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoebox.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Final Sale items may not be returned.
Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service as soon as possible, within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back.
International Returned/Refused Shipments - If you decide to return or refuse any shipments from shopblueone.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to shopblueone.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
BLUE ONE offers the highest quality merchandise. We pride ourselves on customer service and we want every shopping experience to be an enjoyable one. With this being said, please do not attempt to return any sale merchandise or merchandise listed as final sale. You will not be given store credit.
The following items are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Markdown or sale Items, Handbags, Belts, Jewelry, Accessories, Gloves, Hats and Scarves
